Unfortunately, he ducks out on the final solution issue by taking refuge in the undefined mirage of the "two-state settlement".

And since Gaza and the West Bank aren't contiguous, why not a three state solution? Gaza and the West Bank have separate leadership at the moment - fine, let them part ways. Gaza doesn't have the land/border issue that the West Bank has, so let the people of Gaza declare themselves citizens of the nation of Gaza (if they so desire), and let the West Bank and the various Pal refugees be a separate issue.
