I'd like to add that if someone does COMPLAIN within whatever the timeframe is, it should not matter how long CJ chooses to not read his PMs, he should enforce the complaint when he gets around to reading it.

In other words, it is the filing time that is important.

By example, pirasa2 went over 20 posts a few days back. I complained on the same day, and despite posting on other threads, CJ ignored my repeated PMs on the matter, and is now claiming he "let it slide".

He also "decided" to let a clear violation of the currently stated rules slide. The same poster used the term "sorry ass loser" about me, and again, CJ exercised discretion that does not exist according to the currently stated rules.

I'm happy with less moderation (e.g. nothing but SI TOS), but I am not happy with selective enforcement, and a board rules statement that does not actually reflect the moderator's behavior.
