Clinton lied to a grand jury, misled a federal court, caused the useless expenditure of millions of dollars when the whole incident could have simply gone away if he told the truth, presented false evidence to a federal court, was disbarred, paid a $90K fine, paid his accuser six figures and was disbarred, not to mention what he put his family and friends through.

He's a flippin' scumbag, n'est ce pas?
