Joe, then he needs to change the rules, or step down, and allow SI to handle it. What is not okay is to have policies, and selectively not enforce them. For 3 days, he did not respond to my PMs despite chatting away on the "formerly AMD" BS thread. As if it takes more than 30 seconds to respond to an over-20 action, or suspend a regular insult-hurler for using "sorry ass loser" on the board. The former is not subject to moderator discretion (supposedly), and the latter is clearly over the line. As I've said on multiple occasions, I would be happy with SI TOS-only moderation. I'm not happy having to obey strict rules while pirasa2 is allowed to break them.
