It's real shame that Jeff can't post on iHub. That way his comments could be addressed directly. Here on SI Mitchell says:

I have no requirement to show anything. I'm not the person making the allegation. You made the statement. I just wondered how you got a peek at pages 1-13 to make the statement you made. Assuming is not a reliable basis for statements. Plasticon has yet to present to the judge items that may refute allegations in the Motion for Relief. Same is true for the Trustee Motion. And as for the other 13 pages... why aren't they included in Exhibit 4? Why weren't they specifically addressed in the item at 10 in the Trustee motion? It's only 13 more pages.

As to whether Turek's lawyers "lied" about this, I'd say they just repeated what Turek told them without bothering to verify it. Is that considered lying?

Now where did you pull that from? You'd say that an experienced bankruptcy legal team and SEC lawyer just "repeated what Turek told them without bothering to verify it." You'd say that they would just put their careers and reputation on the line willy nilly???
