Goulden is worth $29 Million as of today and he has the audacity to say this: "In particular, he notes that it would not be tax efficient to do anything until the 5th anniversary of its 2004 acquisition; if the company wanted to do a tax-free distribution of shares to EMC holders, it wouldn’t be able to do that until 2009. (And Goulden says it doesn’t want to do that, anyway.) Ever since Joe Tucci and his thugs took over EMC the shareholders have gotten nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While the board, Tucci and his cohorts have lined their pockets. Makes me want to puke!!!!!!!!!
