I realize that, BUT just take a look at UIS today. The news was out quite some time ago there too, but UIS was down considerably today when they retired THEIR converts.
(I see that it has recovered though.)

My intention is to buy MORE ARX on weakness, that's why I'm hoping for a shortterm "buying opportunity"
