Well, look at it this way, you have some mighty tasty left overs.

When I have some left over steak, I like to cut it up into bite side pieces and toss it in a very simple salad with a very light dressing. You want the flavour of the steak to come through.

As odd as this might sound, I like to take some romain and iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, shredded carrots the cut up steak and a dollup of Miracle Whip. The Miracle Whip adds just enough sweet but doesn't over power the flavour of the salad. It also mingles and draws out whatever was on the outside of the steak and lightly spreads it to the lettuce.
