It isn't going to be in the initial chips. We already know that. However, it could be introduced at some later point as a mid-life kicker. That wouldn't be as risky. I could see them remasking for a different L3. But, I don't see them reworking the cache control circuitry for it. That would be a big risk.

Given we haven't heard squat, I don't think ZRAM has panned out for them. At this point, I think it is more likely to show up on a GPU than a CPU.
