Evans Systems, Inc. Changes Name to WatchIt Technologies, Inc.
Symbol Change to Be Announced Soon
Effective Tuesday, August 14, 2007, Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY) has changed its name to WatchIt Technologies, Inc. The Company has also filed for a symbol change and will be making that announcement in the near future.

WatchIt Technologies is an Internet-driven, point of sale corporation which is currently utilizing three divisions: Child Watch Network, Billboard Music Academy, and Boondoggle UK. The Child Watch Network specializes in point of sale digital display units; Billboard Music Academy is creating a revolutionary social network for America's musicians, and Boondoggle UK has produced overwhelming interest from pub operators throughout Great Britain.

"The name WatchIt Technologies is a strategic first step in branding a company that is diverse, with proven leadership in media, Internet technology, and fully reporting public companies. This new name better communicates the core focus of the newly installed corporate management. Dan Willis and Doug Smith remain on the Board, bringing with them their experience from the former company. Don Wood continues to serve as Director and President of the Child Watch Network. And Gary Musselman is a tremendous asset to the Board, and has proven to be invaluable in his capacity as the Company's CFO. It is important for the Public to be aware that with this name change, the management team and its previously reported business strategies have not changed. WatchIt Technologies intends to continue its timely filings in order to be returned to the OTC:BB status by the end of 2007," stated Frank Moody, CEO of WatchIt Technologies, Inc.
