when do we buy qcom? Since the stock price is pretty much discounted by all the bad news, further changes would relate mostly to the condition of the overall market. I would worry far more about the overall market, and when to invest in some of the supposed bargains out there, than about investing in a stock whose price-earnings ratio is below average for its group, way below average for similar stocks with similar growth rates, and whose debt level is zero.
