MQ, I'm afraid I've lost the plot in your rant here-- Are you suggesting that because it's tivial to search and discover relevant patents, it's no longer necessary to require disclosure? Therefore, Qualcomm was right to ignore the antiquated obligation to disclose, under the assumption that everyone already knew that Qualcomm IPR was being used? Furthermore, since Qualcomm's standard royalty rate is common knowledge (although never officially disclosed, per your previous rants), other companies should have been paying Qualcomm without needing to be asked?
