Second maybe the Q GSM/EDGE patents were covered in the NOK agreemenent. Have you read the agreement? If not what makes you believe that it wasnn't?

Because NOK has not paid any license fees for Q IP used in GSM/EDGE phones. If a judge finds that the contract covers GSM/EDGE phones, as well, and that NOK used Q IP in GSM/EDGE phones, then NOK owes Q a whole lot of money, retroactively, no? 4% (mas o menos) of every GSM/EDGE phone back a few years and in the foreseeable future.

Lim, do you think that GSM/EDGE patents were covered in the NOK agreements, with NOK not having to pay any fees for them? Have you read the agreement? If not what makes you believe that it was? Because that's the most miserable picture you can paint for yourself?

Best,

G
