Glide - Basically because I don't have any confidence in the Q legal/IPR departments after what we have seen with the BRCM debacle.

Your view (and I hope you are right) is that heads Q wins, tails BRCM loses. But we are in the world of the courts where so far this year Q hasn't had a great track record of winning.In differnt courts on both sides of the country.

And all that has been against BRCM a company that is hardly in the wireless side of the cellphone business and seems to be under investigation for serious matters by the SEC.

Further I think I am right in saying that not one of teh q v.brcm cases are over, if anything they are growing.

Next up is NOK and we are already talking about possible issues with the licenses and their enforceability.

And then there is the issue of the stolen IJ laptop. The string of losses others have said make them suspicious about what moght have been in that laptop and where it went. IF NOK has had unexplained reasons to become very confident about telling Q to get lost regarding further royalties then I for one am going to also be very suspicious.

Q is now holding on to $37 by its fingernails. Just $7 away from the $20s. It is an unmitigated disaster. The earnings are great but they would also be great with a P/E of low teens which seems to be where its headed. And that is becuase others not just me have little confidence in the existing management to get out of this mess.
