"I continue to advocate for the high moral ground of protecting nurturing human life and lives." That's a very narrow minded position to hold in light of the mass of Iraqis that die every day as a result of this administrations mismanagement of the war. Besides, you don't go to war in the hope of "nurturing human life and lives." And if that were true of this administration it would not keep friendly relations with the Muslim dictatorship in Sudan, you know the government that is killing, pillaging and raping the Africans in that country (Darfur). Texas baptists must be thoroughly shamefaced with Bush and his cronies, considering how much proselytizing they were doing in Sudan before the genocide started. I understand the administration has less interest in "nurturing human life" in Sudan than gathering tid bits of intelligence from the murdering despots that run the country. More people have died in the Iraq military foray since Viet Nam. So it's kind of oxymoronic to say Bush and his military industrial complex pals are interested in "nurturing human life and lives."

"This is why history will reflect on those who undermine the sanctity of life and preach surrender as the traitors in unflattering terms." Even more irony here, history shows those crying "traitor" against their fellow citizens are the ones we need fear. Check out your old testament, "traitors" turn out to be prophets.... Your argument suggests we'd still be fighting in Viet Nam. It turns out the Asian "red menace" was all a crock. Viet Nam was left to its own devices and the "red menace" threat never materialized. How many died in Viet Nam, and for what?

Today, "Death Toll in Iraq Bombings Rises to 250." I hear the number is likely to grow. America has given Iraqis 9/11 everyday. Quite the accomplishment for any president.
