I have a hard time believing anyone will want to buy 95W 2 GHz Barcelona chips when much faster chips are right around the corner.

Well, we agree in part. If I were looking to buy AMD servers,
2Ghz wouldn't cut it. I'd wait. So we agree that short-term
Barcelona sales will be very small. Then the question is
how long I'd wait before giving up on AMD and buying
Clovertown or Penryn-based products. Only a matter of months,
I'm afraid. I don't think AMD has a lot of time to ramp
the frequency before their server share drops a good deal further.
