my portfolio index dropped below my psychological level of 1k yesterday to 992.46, 1st time below 1k since 5/24/2007. the index ended 2006 at 931.5049, so we're still ahead +6.54% the high point was 1111.7644 back on 7/13/2007 +19.35% so, i am down 10.73% since the low point this year was 873.9662 reached on 3/5/2007, so we were -6.18% for 2007 at that point at 1111.7644, we were ready to party like it was 2000! It was on 3/23/2000 when my index reached its all time high of 1124.9597...... i thought at that time i was going to 2000, but i went to 311.254 instead on 10/07/2002. yes! that's a -72.3% collapse. ..but as Gloria Gaynor said...."i will survive!" now at 992, likely 960 after today, where do we go??????
