Hate to burst your bubble, but the difference in pin count for the IMC Nehalem vs no-IMC Nehalem is FAR too large for it to only be an FB-DIMM controller. 1336 vs 715 621 extra pins Good for 3 channels of DDR3, I should think. FB-DIMM channels should only take 69 pins each.
