Bush turned Osama into a James Bond-type supervillian, swore he was going to "smoke him out of his cave" and "hunt him down dead or alive" - and failed totally! Which made Osama look even more of a genius. How many recruits did THAT bring AQ? Bush has got to be the stupidest President we've ever had. Bush turned Osama into an Islamic hero and created the AQ movement we have today. Invading Iraq just made everything Osama was saying true for Islam.
