Just another OVIS/Rocky Mountain LIE! OVIS/Rocky Mountain issued a press release on October 3, 1997, stating Rocky Mountain has an Exclusive contract on artisian water. The truth is that the contract can be canceled by the Town of Ten Sleep if the Town is unable to "....meet the domestic water needs of the citizens of Ten Sleep, and of the surrounding area and subdivisions which are, or will be connected to the Ten Sleep water source." Not only does Rocky Mountain NOT have an exclusive but its place as a recipient of the towns water is dead last.
