The Board should be meeting and deciding now on the management of the Company.


One has to hope there is a board that shows up for work now and then. The recent turn of events are symptoms of a sickness within the company. Aside from the damage incurred so far, one has to wonder about possibility of landmines already planted by management that are yet to explode.
