Got on PACER to see whether there are any tea leaves worth reading in the BRCM vs Q case pending in Santa Ana in which the injunction remedy is being considered. None. Zero, zilch, nada.

Everything but everything worth reading is sealed and therefore unavailable. Impossible to say anything about that case.

Sorry.

What a statement by IMJ, huh? Q not working on alternatives and that he knew nothing about the case.

One of the reasons I got out of Q [biggest being dead money] is the fact that the litigation ineptitude could have signalled management ineptitude. It's looking inceasingly possible that Q's management team is inexperienced at best and incompetent at worst.
