Not trying to hype FRPT or anything..... just want to know the answer. I would think it would be public information, unless one or both the companies are privately held. Did some Google searches, but came up empty. Does anyone know of a defense industry company buyout that is going to close on August 17th? I really do not know who the companies are that are involved. Any help will be appreciated.
