Old technology or not, please refer to the sentence that the 6x86MX
is consider a Pentium II (233Mhz) class processor.

The benchmark was on equal platform I believe using socket 7.
Since Intel is the only one having the proprietory Socket 1 comparisons can't be done. I think both Cyrix and AMD will
address Pentium II like processors in next month's meeting.

Price wise for 200Mhz: $232, $178 & 125 for Intel, AMD & Cyrix.
Intel is demanding a 85.6% premium over Cyrix and it benchpress less.

Yep, If Intel sells processor at these prices, it should meet
earning expectations.
