This thread is dedicated to the other side of the Bug get it? The 30% or so of these Y2K hype companies that are full of it, lie about earnings etc., etc., and so forth.

I infer from Bill Wexler's opening post that he thinks the Y2K problem is a big scare/con-job hoisted upon us by the seamy likes of De Jaager and Schick. Seen in that light, it is quite obvious why Michal Daniels is posting so many facts to dispute Bill's opinions on this thread. Had Bill stated exactly what you said, then I think we'd all be arguing this topic from a much different bent.

Personally, I think Michal has pinned Bill to the mat on the "Y2K is a big scam" issue, but I think Sid has brought up some good points about potentially inflated valuations. Personally, I think the average Y2K investor, myself included, wants to separate the wheat from the chaff-- and then choose which is more valuable!
