ERIC are you saying that QCOM IPR was or was NOT included in the GSM/EDGE standard and UMTS. I can NOT make heads or tails out of your comments. Just answer these questions please. Or maybe you do not know the answer and this is fine too. You have answered the question that Qualcomm participated in the standard setting bodies in one way or another. Thank you.
