If all of them got returned and they order more; you have to teach them how to use the set-top box. Namely broadcasting media is all Mpeg2, can not use Mpeg4/h.264.

If they use digital cameras, then Mpeg4/h.264 set-top box can decode the camera media. Any other media has to be converted by Mpeg4 digital cameras(small consumer), to get set-top box order to stick at the customer location. Right now, no one on this earth can convert Mpeg2 to Mpeg4/h.264 electronically perfectly. But if you use Mpeg4/h.264 cameras, the set-top box will do the perfect decoding.

Presently, the business is lacking one set-top box technology for all the headends beyond Mpeg2. SD is still being broadcasted from network stations; occasionally, they have Mpeg2 HD media. DirecTV is still on Mpeg2, no Set-top box from DirecTV for Mpeg4/h.264, yet.
