This was my source. I didn't bother with the link because the source and the material seemed non-controversial. pharmacytimes.com This is their source. cms.hhs.gov What was the retail cost? Or did they use the discount cost of the prescriptions? I have no clue. We're talking about the federal budget here, tax moneys expended. Costs to the individual participants in the program are another matter.
