That's very certainly the one, Art. The only acceptable rationale is that it's been impossible to get new chipsets out there without infringing, and deals have always before been made. Broadcom/Nokia are shooting at the Achilles, which was defensible with honest arguments. Batchelder et al will plead pitiably and with documentation that Lou led them down the wrong path. Hopefully it goes no higher, but I think Irwin is taking shots for Paul.
