Jumper, I have yet to see the Y2K problem discussed on Nightline, Larry King or even the nightly news, nor have I seen it featured on the front pages of newspapers or on the cover of Time, Newsweek etc. Therefore, I think the best hype is yet to come.

As for the average investor, when the Y2K stocks attract the SI crowd that normally flocks to the hot mining stocks like Bre-X, or the "get-rich-quick" stocks like OVIS, then I'll concede we've reached mainstream-- but certainly not now!
