Dear Petz: Both my cable modem (Motorola) and my ADSL modem (Siemans Slipstream 4300) have web pages at 192.168.0.1. At work, the Cayman ADSL modem (Cayman 3546 WAN: ADSL LAN: 4-port Switch) works the same way, but at a (configurable) fixed IP address of 192.192.192.99 using a Netopia front end. Pete
