I would first look at why the monies collected were not used for infrastructure repair and you jump to raise taxes and pour more money into the same leaking bucket.

Let me see........nearly 1 trillion dollars for the war in Iraq; a defense budget bigger than the total of all the defense budgets for the rest of the world and you want to do a thorough investigation. Afer the GOPers get done with your report, you all will be blaming welfare recipients for the diversion of funds from highway construction.

Read my lips: I DON'T NEED AN INVESTIGATION TO KNOW WHERE ALL THE MONEY IS GOING. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH MONEY FOR HIGHWAYS AND SCHOOLS AND HEALTH CARE BECAUSE OF YOUR WARS AND TAX CUTS. YOU CAN SCREW AROUND WITH THE FACTS ALL YOU WANT BUT WE KNOW THE TRUTH. Just like your failed educational system. You've believe the answer is throw more money at it. I say fix the problem before you throw away more money at it.

And you are an example of that failed system. If you don't want it to fail for future stevies, then you MUST give it more money so that it can succeed. You and your kindred are stealing money from this country's infrastructure, its schools, its healthcare so you can go fight wars. Its enough!
