Carlos, if you think Sun rips off shareholders with its options activity you do not know this company. It is one of the fairest and most intelligent operators with regard to its stock in the industry. They issue disproportionaly low amounts of options and always buy back stock to offset dilution. As an example of managements pro-shareholder attitude, a few years back when Sun was Struggling, Scott took a $400,000 pay cut even though Sun was still very profitable. Scott has not even sold a year's worth of options in the last three years, i.e., he keeps adding to his position. For God Sakes, the guy still lives in a three bedroom house. I couldn't live like him, but I sure want to invest with him. The guy is a visionary, honest, fair to his shareholders, and a great manager.
