BTW...Isn't there another crook we keep avoiding who is no longer in these markets and in fact, in prison? I believe it is the namesake for this message board. Were you active in taking him down Jeff or...were you a partner in the crime? I wonder what the old transcripts/files would show about Elgindy, his inside information, the dissemination of this illegal information, and who was on the chat boards and trading off the news. I can tell you, from the documents I read, everybody on the boards was very well aware that the information being disseminated was being done so ILLEGALLY.
