I would be posting here but this has been a bad health week. Will describe personal experience when have time.

YOU DID NOT CHASE PEOPLE OFF. Read the other threads. PEOPLE are just preoccupied with other things. However, one's personal experience.. for me at least... is more viable than
a lot of theories and prescriptions for pills and the like.

Your personal experience with Yoga most edifying. I keep postponing a lot of things that would be of more benefit to me than the stock market which takes a lot of my time.
