When is the expiration date between Nokia and Qcom agreement?

The original agreement expired in April of '07. Nokia has an option to extend the terms of the current agreement (for a very long time) which expires at the end of '08.

From now until the end of '08, Nokia has very little downside to letting everything play out in court. After the option expires, the possibility of even higher royalty rates comes into play.
