michael...there is nobody in controll any longer...its a matter now of reacting to events.the discount window will only take the good stuff off the market...... That is the way it is designed to work....the fed should be able to turn a profit ...6 month down the road Nothing has been done to turn the crap into gold. And look what is happening to the dollar. ps in 1932 the morgan bank organized the main NY bankers to do the same . the bond market stabilized but ........ The nick name was the "stars and stripes forever".....its not in the history books. It turned a profit......for the big banks. pss this is only the bigining..... more bad news is going to be flushed out of the wood work.jmho
