Wrong, wrong, wrong, Pete. Read the datasheet. TDP does not mean Thermal Dissipation Power. It *only* means Thermal Design Power, and AMD uses the exact same acronym and definition as Intel. You look so foolish inventing your own definitions:

TDP. Thermal Design Power. The thermal
design power is the maximum power a processor can
draw for a thermally significant period while running
commercially useful software. The constraining conditions
for TDP are specified in the notes in the thermal and power
tables.
