The point is you are speculating QCOM is using NOK's patents for free and that is not a known fact at this point in time.

I am literally stunned that people still believe this.

Seriously, Q just got its ass kicked over 4 patents that BRCM picked up off the garbage heap. Nokia helped create the GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, HSDPA and HSUPA standards and you believe that they didnt manage to have one single piece of essential IPR? It simply isnt possible. Maybe Q can win a case against a patent or two, but Nokia does have essential IPR and thinking differently is going to be hazardous to your financial health.

I really really pray that people inside Q dont believe anything similar.
