No Brumar...there is no such thing as a "freebie" here. SOMEONE has to pay the bill. Most probably, they will give the Canadian a "no pay bill", BUT when a hospital and/or Doctor "write a bill off", you may rest assured that YOU will pay for the bill the next time YOU have to go to the hospital or Doctor. The bill is spread over all of us who use the service and who pay our bills.
