For drinks, you could serve Mojitos..that's a pretty summer drink. This recipe calls for spearmint leaves, but I serve mine with plain crushed mint leaves...

Bacardi Mojito (say 'mohito,' and enjoy!)

1.5 oz BACARDI Rum

1/2 lime
7 oz club soda
2 tbsp. simple syrup
(or 4 tsp. sugar)
