Who's cheering? "Cheering" may be too strong a word, but I think it's safe to assume that Americans are "glad" that the family was provided medical care in this country. The article that LB posted was clearly pleased with itself. "Cheering" is more animated than "glad" but the concept is the same. We're griping about Great Falls possibly being stuck with the cost I think you're hollering before you're hurt.
