French Channel Check....NO NOMAI DISKETTES IN SIGHT!!! NOT ONE!!

My friends looked around in Grenoble (a rather high-tech city in France). They checked FNAC and Carrefour, a large computer/electronic and a department store. No Nomai diskettes anywhere......none!

Plenty of Iomega, Fugi, and Sony* cartridges, however:)

FNAC: (this store is like Comp USA)
Diskettes were in very good supply here.
Sony 1 pack 99F**
Fuji 1 pack 96F
Iomega 6 pack 579F (Iomega Europe SA, Freiburg, Germany)
3 pack 289 F
Zip Drives
SCSI 1050F QTY 2
Parallel 1090F QTY 4
Jaz 2890F Qty 1

Carrefour: (this store is somewhat like Best Buy)
Diskettes were also in very good supply here.
Iomega 3 pack 329F
Zip Drive SCSI 1090F QTY 6
Parallel 1090F QTY 3

*FTWDK Fugi and Sony sell Iomega approved diskettes.
** Right now French francs are ~5.8 or 5.9 to the dollar (I think?).
