Its horrible to go to the doctor for a normal routine activity and end up fighting a war with your body. I can only imagine the anxiety that leads to. It took me almost 5 months to get my digestive tract back to speed from my colonoscopy in January. They never give you the steps for recovering your digestive function. But it was my first one, I didn't know it was going to lead to bad digestion. Next time however...
