I believe this is carrier driven, beyond their control. I also believe decisions by the carriers are made in steps, lab trials, live trials, etc, so it is very difficult to report on progress. So I think the public stance they take on customer wins is probably appropriate. I would agree they are difficult if not impossible to reach as an individual investor.
