I thought it was low as well and I may have misunderstood him!

But he was a big shot and he did seem solid to me.

21% for all of asia and pacific. Remember the last 6 years the US has been spending like crazy with all of the loose money.

But maybe I didn't understand him well. I feel he was correct in whatever he said, so the mistake is probably mine if the stats are wrong??
