LOL, thanks. Sometimes being too open, honest and to the point has a habit of crossing hairs with some folk. Glad that didn't happen.<g>

On recipes for disaster, I've always told my kids, try something new, experiment, take an old recipe and make it your own. The only disaster that can take place is if you burn down the kitchen in the process, otherwise, it is what it is.

My kids have sworn my tombstone will read, "As mom always said, it is what it is, you pick your battles, you make the most of what you have and don't sweat the small stuff."<g>
