The Dec 08 eurodollars are about 95.20.

That's equivalent to a 3 month US LIBOR (London InterBank Offer Rate) of 4.80% (100-95.20).

LIBOR is NOT the same as Fed Funds. Eurodollar futures are futures contracts on 3m LIBOR. There is also a 30-Day Fed Funds futures contract traded on the CBOT. Try this link:
