They should just do Spinco NOW and get it over with. That would put NOK in deep doodoo. Then Q should deny licenses to NOK, BRCM and any of the companies that are our enemy. Screw the mothers but good...take em to the mat. I would think some company like LG or Samsung would find the purchase of Spinco rather attractive. Q could make an attractive side deal with the new buyer to help burry the enemy even deeper. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend"
