Really, both countries are capable of destroying the other but in the process will destroy life on the planet no matter who launches the first strike. The USA must be stopped on it quest to build wal marts everywhere on earth and though life in NA is far better it needs a counterbalance...its constitutional to have checks and balances in the government in the US but who will balance the military potential of America? Someone must.
